Summary: As an Inside Sales Lead, you will execute sales strategy, monitor and analyze sales team results, create action plans to drive improvements, provide coaching and feedback to sellers, and own Business to Business Sales team achievement of sales related quotas. You will play a crucial role in driving sales success and team performance in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth. - Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management. - Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques. - Experience in managing sales teams and driving performance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
