Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will engage with potential customers to identify their needs, support the lead generation process, and maintain ongoing relationships with clients. Responsibilities include managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing inquiries while meeting sales targets. Candidates will play a critical role as the first point of contact, fostering relationships and driving business success.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in Account Management to manage client relationships and ensure ongoing customer success.
  • Results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as required.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
