General Purpose:
The Inside Sales Representative drives net-new revenue for TPx by proactively identifying, developing, and closing new business. This role carries a monthly new‑revenue quota and focuses on selling TPx's full suite of Managed Services, including UCx, Managed IT, Security, Cloud/business continuity, and Secure Networking solutions. The ISR manages the entire sales cycle-from discovery to close-while maintaining a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound engagement, and self‑sourced opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consistently meets or exceeds monthly new‑revenue targets.
- Generates new business through proactive outbound calls, emails, and social outreach, while qualifying all leads.
- Responds to inbound calls, chats, and inquiries to identify and advance additional sales opportunities.
- Builds and maintains at least 5x pipeline coverage through steady outbound and inbound activity.
- Conducts consultative discovery to understand customer needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
- Collaborates with Solutions Architects and internal specialists for advanced discovery, solution design, and approvals.
- Collects competitive insights and positions TPx solutions effectively throughout the sales cycle.
- Builds strong product and solution expertise through continuous training and enablement.
- Uses marketing tools to research, track, and update leads and prospects.
- Manages and updates lead databases in Salesforce (SFDC) and Outreach.
- Delivers online product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Adheres to sales policies, processes, and reporting requirements to support sales operations.
- Ensures high‑quality customer service by following organizational standards in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of recent sales experience at an MSP.
- Proven success in a quota-carrying hunter sales role.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong business development, prospecting, and pipeline-building skills.
- Excellent time management and presentation skills.
- Must be capable of balancing between fulfilling customers' needs and meeting company expectations and goals.
- Knowledge of computer and word processing systems and programs.
- Ability to work under a quota plan.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain flexibility.
- Ability to learn new processes and procedures and stay current on products services promotions and technology.
Other Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration preferred.
- Experience in selling Managed IT, UCaaS, Security, Cloud, Networking, SD-WAN, SASE, or Business Continuity solutions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales organization.
