Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, qualifying leads, building relationships, and promoting our telehealth, pharmacy, and wellness services. This role is focused on outbound sales, lead follow-up, and closing opportunities while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads
• Follow up with inbound inquiries and existing prospects
• Educate customers on telehealth, pharmacy, wellness, and prescription services
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments or consultations
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and track sales activity
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Handle objections professionally and confidently
• Collaborate with management and support teams to maximize conversions

Qualifications

• Previous inside sales, call center, customer service, or healthcare sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency
• Experience in telehealth, pharmacy, wellness, or medical sales is a plus

• Hourly pay: $15–$20 per hour (based on experience)
