Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative with proven experience in selling Durable Medical Equipment (DME). The ideal candidate will have a strong B2C sales background and a solid understanding of the U.S. health insurance system. This role involves engaging directly with customers, guiding them through product selection, insurance eligibility, and closing sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers via phone, email, and virtual communication to promote and sell DME products.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate medical equipment solutions.
- Explain insurance coverage, eligibility, and reimbursement processes within the U.S. health insurance system.
- Verify insurance benefits and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing and post-sale follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Stay up to date with DME products, compliance requirements, and industry regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service while building long-term customer relationships.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry.
- Strong B2C sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Solid understanding of the U.S. health insurance system, including Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic sales reporting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Medicare billing and insurance verification processes.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare sales regulations.
- Prior experience selling medical or healthcare-related products to U.S. customers.
