THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist with 5 –7 years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales to drive pipeline growth, manage client interactions, and contribute directly to revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn networking.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and position XenonStack’s solutions effectively.
  • Nurture prospects through the sales funnel, providing product demos and responding to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Maintain accurate lead and pipeline information using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Support account executives in driving deal closures and ensuring smooth client onboarding.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects to create opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of inside sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, Cloud, or AI/Tech domains.
  • Strong command of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient in meeting sales targets.

Good-to-Have

  • Exposure to enterprise sales or account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or outreach automation tools.
  • Familiarity with AI, Cloud, or Data platforms to articulate product value propositions effectively.
