Inside Sales & Investor Outreach Specialist (EA to CEO)

About the Role

We’re a fast-growing SaaS company at the intersection of marketing automation, data, and enterprise technology — and we’re looking for someone who can wear multiple hats with energy and purpose.

This is not a routine sales job. You’ll work directly with the Founder-CEO, helping drive business growth, investor engagement, and strategic initiatives. You’ll be deeply involved in outreach, coordination, and execution — both on the sales front and in the boardroom.

What You’ll Do

Inside Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify and reach out to potential enterprise clients via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
  • Research and qualify prospects using tools like Lusha, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Manage CRM updates, track funnel progress, and coordinate demo schedules.

Investor Outreach & Follow-ups

  • Research potential investors, VC networks, and strategic partners.
  • Draft concise, compelling outreach emails and manage follow-ups.
  • Help prepare pitch decks, investor notes, and data room materials.

Executive Assistant to CEO

  • Coordinate meetings, calls for the CEO.
  • Maintain task lists, reminders, and ensure follow-through on priorities.
  • Support presentations, correspondence, and documentation for key partnerships and meetings.

You’ll Thrive Here If You

  • Are articulate, well-organized, and enjoy direct communication with senior stakeholders.
  • Have experience in inside sales or investor relations — or are hungry to learn fast.
  • Are comfortable using digital tools (CRM, Google Workspace, Notion, etc.) and AI-based research aids.
  • Love problem-solving and can handle both strategic conversations and operational details.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
