We’re now looking for driven, energetic, and responsible Inside Sales Executives who can handle challenges with a smile, take ownership, and help customers make the right healthcare choices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls from patients, families, and hospitals.
• Understand healthcare needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Convert leads into customers with persuasive and empathetic communication.
• Follow up on inquiries and manage CRM data accurately.
• Coordinate with logistics and service teams for seamless execution.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
