Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Tasks include conducting market research, delivering product presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and will stay informed of industry trends to better advise clients.

Requirements:

1–2 years of relevant sales experience (maximum 3 years)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: 1–2 Years (Max 3 Years)

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

Generate new business opportunities through lead conversion, cold calling, and follow-ups

Manage and grow relationships with existing and prospective clients

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned

Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services

Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and sales documentation

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, logistics) for smooth order execution

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM / sales reports

Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide sales insights

Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business

Represent the company professionally during client meetings and calls
