Role: Freight Broker – Inside Sales (US Logistics)

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Night Shift)
About the Role
We are hiring a Freight Broker – Inside Sales professional to support our US Logistics operations. This is a voice-based, outbound sales role responsible for generating leads, acquiring shippers, negotiating rates, and booking loads.
Candidates from International BPO Voice, Travel Sales, Tele calling, or Outbound Sales backgrounds are ideal for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to US-based shippers and customers
- Generate and qualify new sales leads via calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers
- Convince and onboard customers, negotiate freight rates, and close deals
- Manage load booking, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams
- Achieve monthly sales, lead generation, and client acquisition targets
- Send cold emails, manage CRM entries, and maintain call activity logs
- Understand the basics of US trucking, logistics, and freight brokerage (training provided)
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in International BPO Voice, outbound calling, tele calling, or international sales
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Confidence in cold calling and handling objections
- Target-driven, proactive, and revenue-focused
- Basic understanding of logistics or freight operations is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced US shift environment
