Insider Sales Agent (US campaign)

About the Role:
We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company expanding our operations and hiring Inside Sales Agents (ISAs) to handle lead prospecting, cold calling, and appointment setting. Your role will be to connect with U.S. homeowners, qualify motivated sellers, and schedule appointments for our acquisitions team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to U.S. homeowners using provided lists.
  • Qualify leads by identifying motivation, property condition, timeline, and price expectations.
  • Enter and manage lead details in CRM.
  • Follow up consistently with warm leads.
  • Schedule appointments for acquisitions managers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent (must be clear and understandable to U.S. clients).
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or cold calling (real estate experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary in PKR.
  • Performance-based bonuses for qualified leads and closed deals.
