MISSIONS :
1. Strategy & Technical Leadership
Develop, improve and validate inspection strategies, including Risk-Based Inspection methodologies.
Act as the primary technical expert for inspection engineering matters.
Approve and validate inspection procedures and methodologies.
Ensure compliance with API, ASME, and contractual requirements.
2. Inspection Deliverables & Execution
Produce and supervise the execution of inspection engineering deliverables.
Develop baseline dossiers, inspection plans, Written Schemes of Examination (WSE).
Conduct or coordinate inspection baseline activities and site campaigns.
Maintain assumption registers and technical documentation.
3. Coordination & Quality Management
Lead and supervise inspection engineers and technicians.
Coordinate data preparation, collection, and integration into RBI/CMMS systems.
Ensure quality assurance/control of all inspection deliverables.
Highlight deviations, non-conformances, and unacceptable risks.
4. Workshops & Stakeholder Interface
Prepare and lead technical workshops and inspection/RBI discussions.
Act as the key interface with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Present results, negotiate solutions, and communicate inspection findings.
CONTRACT TERMS & MOBILITY :
Local employment contract within an international group entity or freelance contract, depending on profile
Full remote during the preparation phase with missions in Cergy (France) and abroad at contract start for spot missions overseas
Establishment of a robust framework that ensures all assets meet safety and legal requirements by end of 2026
A fully defined baseline inspection program and dossier set that can be directly implemented during field baseline inspection by end of 2026
All inspection plans and written scheme of examination are structured and uploaded in CMIMS by early 2027 for operational use and lifecycle follow-up
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Material / Corrosion, or Chemical / Process Engineering, or a related field
English B2 level mandatory
Turkish nationality or speaking people is a strong plus
Minimum 7 years of experience in integrity management or inspection.
Strong knowledge of RBI methodologies (API 580). Expertise in inspection codes: API 510, 570, 653, ASME.
Proficiency in NDT techniques and inspection software (RBI tools, CMMS/CMIMS). Strong understanding of Oil & Gas equipment and degradation mechanisms.
Ability to produce high-quality technical deliverables and reports.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural and multidisciplinary environment.
Good communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
Able to work under pressure and manage priorities.
Strong initiative and anticipation capabilities.
Analytical mindset with ability to perform root cause analyses.
