This position is part of the Production Quality Organization and is responsible for inspecting components used on all Programs at LM Space at Michoud Assembly Facility.

In this role you will inspect incoming batches from Suppliers, verify that the Supplier met all requirements, perform visual inspections on parts, submit parts for Lab testing, and accept parts into stock. Applicant must be a US Citizen.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• US Citizen
• Familiarity with electronic and mechanical components
• Familiarity analyzing and interpreting engineering specifications and drawings

Desired Skills:

• SAP
• LIMS
• EDSS
• Atleast 1 year experience performing quality inspections
• Quality Notifications

Ability to Work Remotely:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
