We need a go-getter Content Creator who thrives in a fast-paced environment: someone who can ideate, shoot/edit, and post lightning-fast across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and more—while keeping every piece uplifting, on-brand, and conversion-driving.You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our creative leadership team at HQ, turning bracelet unboxings, Scripture moments, customer testimonies, and faith-filled vibes into content that stops scrolls and drives sales + engagement.

What You'll Do (Daily High-Impact Work):

• Create and post high-volume, scroll-stopping content: Reels, TikToks, Shorts, Stories, carousels, and feed posts that feel authentic, feminine, uplifting, and faith-inspired
• Edit like a pro—fast cuts, trending transitions, text overlays, music syncs, and motion effects that make our bracelets and messages pop
• Ideate daily content calendars that align with promotions, new drops, seasonal themes, church fundraisers, and viral trends
• Film quick-turnaround videos: product close-ups, on-model shots, customer reactions, engraving reveals, and LIVE stream support
• Optimize posts for maximum reach and conversions across platforms—captions, hashtags, CTAs, and posting at peak times
• Collaborate on bigger shoots, YouTube content, and national campaigns
• Keep our 65+ stores shining digitally by refreshing social assets that tie into in-store visuals and promotions

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has 2–4+ years creating/editing/posting social content at high volume (agency, brand, or creator experience—bonus for e-commerce/retail/faith-based niches)
• Edits fast and fearlessly: CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar—delivers polished videos same-day or next-day without sacrificing quality
• Understands the algorithm game: knows what performs on IG Reels, TikTok, and Shorts right now
• Has strong visual instincts—clean, feminine, uplifting aesthetics with beautiful typography, colors, and faith-forward energy
• Thrives in fast-paced settings: can juggle multiple posts/day while staying organized and creative
• Bonus skills: Motion graphics/After Effects, basic graphic design (Canva/Photoshop), on-camera presence, or retail/bracelet product photography experience
• Genuinely aligns with our mission—spreading faith, hope, and love through God's Word—and gets excited about inspiring people daily
