About Us:
Little Beginnings Learning Center is a faith and nature-based early childhood program where children grow through hands-on exploration, outdoor learning, and the love of God. We value creativity, curiosity, and connection—with nature, with one another, and with our community.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a passionate, nurturing, and reliable Preschool Lead Teacher to join our team full-time, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for play-based learning, a love for the outdoors, and a heart for guiding young learners through faith-centered experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, nature-based, and faith-infused curriculum.
• Foster a warm, engaging, and safe classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly with families and collaborate with teammates.
• Model and support positive behavior guidance and social-emotional learning.
• Maintain compliance with MN Licensing and Little Beginnings policies.

Qualifications:

• Must meet MN DHS Lead Teacher qualification requirements.
• Prior experience in an early childhood setting preferred.
• Passion for working with children ages 3–5.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to faith and nature-based education.
