Duties

• Manage and execute direct messaging campaigns on Instagram to engage followers interested in real estate information products
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries received via Instagram DMs, providing clear and compelling information
• Qualify leads by asking targeted questions to understand their needs and interests in real estate offerings
• Nurture relationships by maintaining ongoing communication, building rapport, and encouraging further engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to craft personalized messages that align with campaign goals and brand voice
• Track interactions, responses, and conversions using social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Optimize messaging strategies based on performance data to increase engagement rates and lead conversions

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media platforms, especially Instagram, with a focus on direct messaging or customer engagement
• Strong understanding of social media marketing principles, including content creation and community management
• Familiarity with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, Google Ads, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), Google AdWords, and marketing automation tools is highly desirable
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL or content management systems is a plus for integrating messaging strategies with broader digital campaigns
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging, clear, and persuasive messages
