Core Objectives:

- Drive measurable traffic (in-store visits/online inquiries/sales conversions) to Refine’s Sharjah showroom via optimized Instagram/Meta ad campaigns.

- You will directly deliver high-quality, locally targeted leads for the showroom, convert ad spend into tangible inquiries, apply conversion optimization techniques for more leads and strengthen Refine’s position as a premium furniture brand in Dubai and Sharjah's competitive market.

Core Job Responsibilities;

1. Campaign Strategy & Value Proposition Execution: Develop and implement localized ad strategies tailored to Dubai and Sharjah's furniture market, make sure it is clear what the offer is and why a visitor should choose it? Thus, aligning with target user intent and Refine’s product priorities.

2. Manage end-to-end campaign operations on Meta Ads Manager, including account setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, and bidding adjustments.While making sure that the ad is easily understood and the call to action is clear and concise, also create urgency for the reader to act (3 day in- store discount for viewer who download the QR code )

3. Track clear, results-focused KPIs daily (inquiry volume, Cost Per Inquiry, ROI) and optimize in real time to meet Refine’s inquiry goals—especially during key marketing periods—to drive timely user action.

4. Creative Collaboration & Material Optimization: Partner with the creative team to develop ad materials that align with Instagram’s visual style and Sharjah users’ aesthetic preferences. Ensure all content is concise, action-oriented, and free of unnecessary distractions, with clear calls-to-action that guide users toward inquiries or showroom visits. 3. Refine materials based on campaign performance to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

5. Data Analysis & Performance Improvement: Conduct daily data reviews to identify inefficiencies (e.g., high impressions with low conversions) and resolve root causes to improve campaign effectiveness. Such as conducting daily data reviews to address user anxiety triggers: If ads have high impressions but low inquiries, investigate root causes (e.g., “Do users doubt Refine’s material quality?”) and fix them.

6. Regularly produce performance reports with actionable insights, linking campaign results to Refine’s business objectives (e.g., cost savings, inquiry growth) to inform stakeholder decisions. Ie: Report weekly on campaign performance with transparent, value-driven insights.

7. Collaborate closely with the sales team daily to share lead sources and campaign context, ensuring seamless follow-upon inquiries and closing the “ad → inquiry → conversion” loop. Sync with Refine’s sales team and share lead sources.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience & Industry Knowledge: 2+ year of hands-on experience inInstagram/Meta traffic acquisition, with familiarity with the Meta Ads ecosystem. Preference for candidates with experience in high-end retail, home goods, or furniture sectors, or those who understand Dubai & Sharjah’s local consumer behavior, market trends, and key shopping cycles.

2. Technical & Analytical Skills: Proficient in operating Meta Business Suite (audience segmentation, budget management, campaign tracking). Strong data sensitivity and problem-solving ability. Able to interpret performance data, identify bottlenecks, and adjust strategies quickly to improve results.

3. Communication & Collaboration: Fluent in English (written and spoken) for communication with local teams, ad platforms, and stakeholders; fluent in Chinese is a plus for internal coordination. Arabic language skills are preferred. Ability to workcross-functionally with creative, sales, and management teams to execute campaigns smoothly.

4. Mindset & Adaptability: Results-driven, with a focus on meeting and exceeding inquiry targets. Ability to work under pressure during peak marketing periods and adapt to changes in market dynamics or campaign performance. Proactive in learning Refine’s product offerings, value proposition of brand and Sharjah's furniture industry to inform campaign decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
