Assist in troubleshooting and resolving site issues.

Accountable for post-sale negotiations, price adjustments, obtaining approvals, liaise with factories and placement of order

Accountable for variation and scope management and claims

Responsible for project “hand over” (Service and customer) with high quality product

Accountable for creating the project plan and executing the project
-
Responsible for getting stakeholder approvals where required
-
Controls the material and inventory and takes care of the claim analysis

Negotiates sub-contractor scope, terms, and rates, instigates purchase orders and certifies bills
-
Responsible for the project safety plan, quality plan, labor plan and logistics plan.

Responsible for the project’s financial results.

Trigger invoice and collection process on time.
-
Responsible for Project Start Up meeting and Supply Line interface.

Leadership / People management

Preparation, organization, and retention of contract related documents as per company quality requirement

Identifying and facilitating project related change management activities
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical)
-
Minimum 2-4 years’ experience with excellent technical knowledge in the elevator industry
- Excellent negotiation and persuading skills.

Project Management skills.

Problem solving and conflict management skills.

Leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication (oral and written) skills.

Decision making skills

Excellent Computer literacy (MS office)

Knowledge of project management computer packages i.e., MS Project and/or Primavera is an added advantage.

Communicates project goals, gives feedback on the performance and coaches.

Coordination with other inter and / or departmental resources for infrastructure, transport, tools and any other day-to-day operational requirements
-
Creates and maintains safety and security awareness amongst employees and sub-contractors. Ensures company’s safety and security policies.
Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager which include but not limited to the above-mentioned duties.
