Installation Head : PEB (Civil& Steel)

Job Purpose:

To lead and oversee all installation and erection activities of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), including civil foundations and steel structure erection, ensuring timely project delivery, quality control, cost-effectiveness, and safety compliance across multiple project sites.

Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution

• Lead and manage the end-to-end installation of PEB structures including foundations (civil works) and steel superstructure.
• Prepare and review detailed installation schedules and resource plans.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, logistics, and site teams for seamless execution.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery within approved budgets.

Team Leadership & Site Management

• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress compliance.
• Train and mentor field staff and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Quality Assurance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards (ISO, IS codes, etc.).
• Implement and monitor HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) practices at all sites.
• Address and resolve site issues including design mismatches or execution deviations.

Coordination & Communication

• Act as the key interface between the project office and site teams.
• Regularly update senior management on project progress, risks, and mitigations.
• Handle client interactions at the site level and ensure satisfaction during execution.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain installation documentation, site records, daily progress reports (DPR), and QA/QC checklists.
• Support in preparing final handover documentation and as-built drawings.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of PEB erection and civil foundation works.
• Excellent project planning, site management, and coordination skills.
• Proven leadership in managing large site teams across multiple projects.
• Understanding of safety and quality systems in construction.
• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and ERP systems (if applicable).
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Background:

• Experience with top PEB companies or industrial construction firms.
• Involvement in large-scale industrial, warehouse, or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with steel structure connections, bolting, welding, and alignment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
