Job Summary:

To efficiently execute the Project lifecycle from execution to validation whilst keeping within the boundaries of scope, time and cost.

To efficiently perform all tasks and works related to installation and construction of equipment on planned approved projects.
Roles and responsibilities:
-
Supervising installation tasks related to projects.
-
Assisting with other projects with your specific know-how within installations and other techniques.
-
Managing, daily supervision, planning, and reporting of mechanical technicians.
-
Assisting the Project Managers to supervise the installation as per approved installation plan.
-
Planning, updating and reporting weekly on resource planning of mechanical team (Supervisor, Foreman and Technicians).

Making detailed shop drawings for the installation works
-
Managing project procurement of equipment.

Managing project resource allocation.
-
Monitoring and reporting project progress of a project on timely basis
-
Conducting inspection and quality assurance of installations, sites and equipment
-
Monitoring and reporting on progress, problems and solutions of the installation tasks.

Supporting external projects within the domain of my specialization.

Supporting the competency development of my team.
-
Complying with Health, Safety and Environment regulations and working practices of KDD and the State of Kuwait when carrying out duties.

Executing Management directives as required.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant domain (B. Tech Electrical or Mechanical), PMP Certification, Member of KSE is a plus.

Minimum 15 - 20 years of experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of -dairy processing equipment.
-
Proven track record of managing installation projects in the dairy, food, or beverage industry.
-
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical & mechanical issues.
-
Project management experience, including planning, execution, and team coordination.
-
Understanding of health, safety, and quality standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000).
Required Professional skills:
- Proficient in working with MS office programs

Knowledge of dairy processing equipment, piping, refrigeration systems, and utility requirements.

Project Management: Ability to manage installation schedules, resources, and budgets.
-
Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical issues.
-
Experience managing teams of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors. (If any)
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including reporting and documentation.
-
Familiarity with AutoCAD, SAP, ERP systems, and MS Project is a plus.

Understanding of dairy industry regulations and food safety standards.
