Installation Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Install electrical systems including wiring, panels, switchgear, lighting, and control systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Ensure installations comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Perform testing and commissioning of installed systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other technicians.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and service reports.
• Provide customer support and ensure client satisfaction during and after installation.
• Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in electrical installations (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with industrial or commercial electrical systems.
• Familiarity with switchgear, transformers, and control panels.
• Basic knowledge of PLCs and automation systems.
• Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, First Aid).

Working Conditions:

• Field-based work at various client locations.
• May involve working in confined spaces, heights, or outdoor environments.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required.

Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED1,600.00 per month
