Job Summary: The Installation Technician will assist with the installation of sub-floor drainage systems and structural “I” beam systems. This role involves working closely with senior technicians, adhering to safety standards, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of sub-floor drainage systems and structural “I” beam systems, including sump pumps, drainage systems, and wall braces.
• Follow instructions from senior technicians, Leads, and Forman to ensure accurate and efficient installations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on-site and in company vehicles.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 80lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior or water mitigation is a plus but not required.
