Driving company vehicles to and from home, Branch office, and work sites.

Coordinating and communicating work tasks with job team members.

Coordinating and communicating work status with city officials, crane operators, other contractors, jobsite customer representatives, and/or property managers.

Maintaining complete, accurate, and timely records in order to keep Branch Office well informed of work status.

Maintaining physical plans, paperwork, and files related to work.

Measuring and fabricating ductwork to project specifications

Installing and insulating duct systems

Performing gas piping installation and layout
-
Replacing rooftop units (RTUs) efficiently and safely

Replacing split systems and boilers

Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications

Collaborating with team members to ensure timely project completion

Adhering to safety protocols and company policies

Following all service procedures required by customer including IVR check-in, backup paperwork, and picture documentation of work.

Monitoring and improving job safety, quality, and productivity.

Following all standards, policies, & procedures established by Nextech management.
- Participating in training and testing programs.

Ability to work efficiently with technology tools including smart phones, laptops, tablets, and software required.

Knowledge of the manufacturer’s installation practices and codes for small refrigeration equipment, and walk-in boxes, Ice machines, Soda/Fountain machines, rack, supermarket, multiple compressor installations.

Demonstrates self-motivation & successful experience in previous jobs & assigned responsibilities.

Ability to multitask, and get supervisors’ approval on questions or concerns.
