Instant Debit Card (IDC) Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Instant Debit Card (IDC) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of instant debit card issuance, including back-end operations, ATM card printing, field operations reporting, and accurate data entry into the system. This role ensures operational efficiency, compliance with organizational standards, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the instant debit card issuance process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee back-end operations for ATM and debit card printing, ensuring quality and security standards are maintained.
• Coordinate and monitor field operations related to debit card distribution and related services.
• Collect, review, and compile field operation reports and ensure timely reporting to management.
• Maintain accurate data entry in the system for all card issuance activities and updates.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate unresolved matters to higher management.
• Train and guide team members on standard operating procedures and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in banking operations, card services, or ATM operations is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational, supervisory, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in data entry and working with banking/operations software systems.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
