The Bureau of Human Resources, Region 2 is currently recruiting to fill an Institution Human Resources Director vacancy at either the entry or Advanced level. This position will be located at the Department of Corrections, Waupun Correctional Institution in Waupun, WI..
This position provides expertise and leadership in the employment relations and personnel functions of the Institution. Responsibilities of this position include administration and coordination of employment relations, position classification, staffing, compensation, payroll and benefits, supervisory training, equal employment opportunity, and other personnel related programs, as well as supervision of Human Resources (HR) staff.
This position is in pay schedule and range 81-04 at the entry level and 81-03 at the Advanced level, with a starting pay between $36.17/hour - $45.67/hour. Pay will be set in accordance with the Compensation Plan and Wisconsin Administrative Code in effect at the time of hire. A 12 month probationary period is required.
