Candidate Profile:

The position is responsible for Institutional Sales targets.

Direct Selling

Ø Identifies and cultivates prospects and/or clients.

Ø Initiates and follows up on new business opportunities like institutions, hotels, QSR’s, restaurants etc.

Ø Leads new business meetings and closes sales to institutional customers.

Ø Meeting with Institutions / Corporates to obtain regular orders.

Ø To handle the sales team all across India and ensure that they achieve their sales target.

Ø Exploring other sale opportunities such as private label business, canteens, etc.

Coordination with Customers

Ø Coordinate with Institutional customers regularly to develop new products as per requirement. Assists the production team to develop new products.

Ø Leverage the organization’s relationship with existing clients.

Ø Ensure proper and on-time deliveries.

Others

Ø Responsible for collections from customers.

Ø Must have demonstrated ability to create sales/relationship opportunities with clients,

Ø Should possess excellent communication, presentation and negotiating skills.

Ø Should be a self-starter with high motivation level.

Ø Should be result-oriented and proactive.

Ø Should be a team player since the position requires to coordinate with all departments within the company.

Ø Should be a “hands-on” person.

Ø As part of training, is expected to learn baking and all aspects of Operations.

Ø Should take pride in wearing branded Cookie Man uniform.
