Responsibilities:

Overall liaison and project management

  • Structure complex and strategic problems for the B2B (Business-to-Business) team
  • Support end-to-end B2B operations, including BU budget planning and cross-BU project coordination.
  • Define clear hypotheses to identify new opportunities, and build business cases and monitor existing data that will inform and influence the direction of the sales team
  • Manage projects and execute business tasks according to the defined plan and drive the sales team and cross-teams to generate sales output


Sales Enablement & Analytics

  • Prepare sophisticated sales materials (pitch books, product presentations, market commentary)
  • Maintain product databases and update pricing/yield curves across platforms
  • Generate customized client portfolio analysis and performance reports
  • Support RFP/RFI responses and client proposal development
  • Prepare competitive intelligence briefings and market analysis


Process Optimization & Systems Management

  • Master and optimize CRM systems (Salesforce, proprietary platforms)
  • Develop and automate sales support workflows and reporting tools
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Provide system training and support to sales teams
  • Participate in system enhancements and user acceptance testing


Cross-functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with Trading, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance departments
  • Interface with Product teams for new product launches and updates
  • Coordinate with Legal on ISDA/CSA documentation and amendments
  • Work with technology teams to enhance client service platforms


Client Service & Relationship Support

  • Serve as primary operational contact for institutional clients (asset managers, insurance companies, banks, etc.)
  • Facilitate client onboarding, account maintenance, and documentation updates
  • Coordinate client meetings, roadshows, and due diligence sessions


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above from a top-tier university in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years relevant experience, with team management experience preferred
  • Understanding of capital markets and financial products (fixed income, derivatives, structured products)
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
