Instructional Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and eLearning development.

Responsibilities:

• Design learning experiences
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and outlines for SCORM-based modules
• Collaborate with designers, and developers to produce eLearning content
• Ensure instructional quality, alignment, and engagement
• Lead reviews and incorporate feedback into iterations
• Review and provide quality control on all developed modules.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Education, Instructional Design, or related
• At least 3 years’ experience in corporate eLearning
• Proficient in Articulate Storyline, Vyond, and SCORM principles
• Knowledge of learning theories and adult learning models
