Position Title: Instructional Designer

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Instructional Designer to oversee

the design, development, and implementation of innovative learning programs

across multiple fields, including artificial intelligence, business communications, data

analysis, and career development. The Lead Instructional Designer will collaborate

with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and instructional teams to create

learner-centric, effective, and engaging instructional materials tailored to diverse

adult learners. This role will focus on ensuring the instructional design aligns with the

program objectives, enhances learning outcomes, and integrates cutting-edge

educational technologies and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Curriculum and Instructional Design:
  • o Lead the design and development of blended learning experiences,
  • including instructor-led, eLearning, and microlearning modules.
  • o Collaborate with SMEs to align content with program objectives,
  • ensuring practical application and engaging learning
  • experiences.
  • o Develop learner-centric materials and resources, including lesson
  • plans, multimedia content, assessments, and instructional
  • guides.
  • o Design interactive, scenario-based learning experiences that facilitate
  • the application of knowledge and real-world practice.
  • o Ensure alignment of instructional materials with adult learning
  • principles and Bloom’s higher-order thinking framework.
  • 2. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • o Lead a team of instructional designers, providing guidance, mentoring,
  • and support throughout the content creation and development
  • process.
  • o Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including program managers,
  • SMEs, and subject-matter experts, to ensure the instructional design
  • aligns with organizational goals and learner needs.
  • o Act as a bridge between the instructional team and technical teams
  • (e.g., learning management systems, multimedia production) to ensure
  • smooth project delivery.
  • 3. Quality Assurance and Improvement:
  • o Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of instructional materials
  • by performing regular reviews, revisions, and updates.
  • o Analyze and review learner feedback, assessments, and evaluations to
  • continuously improve instructional design and effectiveness.
  • Maintain a focus on building a scalable and adaptable curriculum that
  • meets diverse learner needs, from beginners to advanced
  • professionals.
  • 4. Learning Strategy and Innovation:
  • Lead the design and implementation of innovative learning strategies,
  • leveraging technology tools, gamification, and interactive elements to
  • engage learners.
  • o Stay current with trends in instructional design, educational
  • technologies, and emerging learning methodologies to drive continuous
  • improvement in course offerings.
  • o Design for accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring all materials are usable
  • by learners with diverse needs.
  • 5. Project Management:
  • o Manage the end-to-end instructional design process, including scope,
  • timeline, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and
  • within budget.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring milestones and
  • deliverables are met.
  • Track and report on project progress, adjusting timelines and resources
  • as needed to ensure successful project completion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
