Instructional Designer

About the Role

We’re building a next-gen knowledge platform at the intersection of AI, entrepreneurship, and remote work. You’ll design and develop engaging, outcome-driven online courses—from concept to final delivery—collaborating with subject matter experts and our production team.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and review course outlines and learning paths aligned to learning outcomes

- Script video lessons, quizzes, and interactive elements

- Collaborate with SMEs, video editors, and marketing teams

- Utilize instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy)

- Optimize for Udemy, Coursera, internal LMS

Requirements

- 2+ years in instructional design or curriculum development

- Hands-on experience in working on EdTech learning materials

- Strong command of instructional design principles & adult learning theory

- Excellent writing & storyboarding skills

- Familiarity with Articulate, Rise 360, Camtasia, or similar tools

- (Bonus) Background in tech, entrepreneurship, AI, or digital marketing

- Must be ready to join immediately

- Must be comfortable with the per-course compensation structure below
