Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Developing end-to-end learning solutions on Articulate 360 and RISE 360 besides conceptualizing and storyboarding

Designing engaging learning activities and compelling course content supporting materials or scripts for videos, simulations, role plays, games, job aids etc.

Liaising with stakeholders (SMEs, client) during the design and development process

Contributing in solutioning for new opportunities by analyzing client requirements, estimating efforts, etc.

Applying appropriate ID strategies (including gamification) based on the target audience and learning context

Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), internal teams, vendors, and other functional teams (PM/Graphic/Programming) during the design and development process

Designing and creating standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for the proposed learning solution, with guidance from Functional Head / Manager

Conducting thorough reviews and quality assurance edits of instructional materials (prototypes, storyboards, final product, etc.) developed by the team to maintain accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the desired learning objectives

Ensuring reviews and defects are logged in the recommended format based on project requirements

Maintaining project documentation, including, proposals, design documents, storyboards, ID checklists etc. and adhering to version control

Monitoring and reviewing deliverables for completeness, compliance with instructional/project standards prior to sending to stakeholders for review

Providing guidance and support to junior IDs offering expertise in ID principles, methodologies, and tools

Ensuring that schedules and project efforts are met according to the training plan

Mentoring and training team members based on project scope and requirements

Identifying / recommending process improvements to build efficiencies

Evaluating the performance and providing constructive feedback to team members and lending support as and when required

Leveraging authoring tools, Learning Management System (LMS), and other relevant technologies to effectively develop and deliver learning solutions

Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the latest best practices in instructional design

Preferred Skill/Experience/Requirement

6 to 10 years of core instructional design experience in the corporate sector

Proficiency in working with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, RISE 360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, etc.

In-depth knowledge of ID methodologies and models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles

Working knowledge or experience of Digital Adaptation Platforms such as WalkMe will be an added advantage

Working knowledge or experience of ERP platform/tools such as SAP Enable Now, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, will be an added advantage

Know-how of Learning Management System (LMS)/Learning Content Management (LCMS) and compliance standards (WCAG, SCORM, etc.)

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality learning materials

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and with a collaborative mindset

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements and priorities

Ability to think critically and analyze complex problems related to ID

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Ability to manage small teams

Qualification

A graduate in Arts (MA with English)/ Science or any graduate with a flair for writing.

OR

A degree/diploma in Mass Communication/Journalism

OR

A degree/diploma/certification in Instructional Design

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹304,258.11 - ₹1,222,629.01 per year
