About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Freelance HR Trainer who can conduct high-quality training sessions for students and professionals. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical knowledge on key HR concepts, tools, and industry practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct interactive HR training sessions (online or offline).
  • Teach core HR modules such as Recruitment, Payroll, HR Analytics, HR Operations, Performance Management, and Compliance.
  • Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and case studies.
  • Provide real-time examples and practical insights to enhance student learning.
  • Assess trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated with latest trends, HR tools, and industry requirements.
  • Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HR roles (Recruitment, HR Generalist, Payroll, etc.).
  • Prior experience as a trainer or mentor preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex HR topics in simple and practical ways.
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools, onboarding systems, compliance, and documentation.
  • Strong command over MS Office and HR reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA in HR / HR Certification (not mandatory but preferred).
  • Experience in corporate HR training or institute-based teaching.
