Instructional Designer

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Instructional Designer to create engaging, learner-centered training solutions for diverse global audiences. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement impactful learning experiences that enable the effective acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competencies.
You will apply instructional design principles, curriculum development expertise, and appropriate technologies to deliver high-quality digital and blended learning content. Collaborating closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams, you will translate learning objectives into compelling and practical learning solutions. This role emphasizes hands-on content development, creativity, and execution excellence, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on learners’ growth and development.

  • Conduct needs assessments and collaborate s with SMEs and stakeholders to gather learning requirements
  • Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods
  • Create detailed storyboards, scripts, and design plans aligned with learning objectives
  • Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, gamification, etc.)
  • Develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) and other authoring tools
  • Revise and update existing content based on stakeholder and learner feedback
  • Maintain project documentation and course folders

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 1 to 2 years of experience in instructional design, e-Learning development, or learning content creation
Must-Have Skills:
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools and instructional technology (i.e. Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Canva, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design models
  • Ability to apply interactive learning strategies (scenarios, gamification, simulations, etc.)
  • Familiar with different programming languages, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams
Good-to-Have Skills
  • Exposure to AI-driven learning tools and microlearning strategies
  • Knowledge of localization and translation workflows for global training audiences
  • Ability to conduct pilot testing and evaluate learning effectiveness
  • Ability to design blended learning and virtual instructor-led training (VILT)
