Your Role

As an Instructional Designer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling high-quality learning experiences that support our growing organization. You will partner closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional leaders to translate complex topics into engaging, learner-centered training solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Design and develop eLearning, instructor-led and virtual training programs aligned to business and learner needs
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create practical, impactful learning experiences
• Build SCORM-compliant courses using authoring tools and ensure content is visually engaging and easy to navigate
• Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, job aids and other learning assets
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance
• Incorporate feedback and learner data to continuously improve training effectiveness
• Support course launches, updates and ongoing maintenance

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with meaningful ownership over the quality and learner experience of our training programs.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development or Learning & Development
• Background in healthcare, value-based care or regulated industries preferred
• Experience building eLearning using authoring tools (Articulate 360 strongly preferred)
• Strong written and communication skills and attention to visual design and learner experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
• Experience with video or multimedia tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe, etc.)
