Job Summary

We are looking for a Corporate Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate effective training programs that enhance employee performance, productivity, and professional growth. The Corporate Trainer will collaborate with leadership and department heads to identify skill gaps, align learning initiatives with business objectives, and support continuous learning across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess organizational training needs through consultations, surveys, and performance data
• Design and develop training materials, curricula, workshops, and e-learning content
• Deliver engaging training sessions (in-person, virtual, or hybrid) to employees at all levels
• Facilitate onboarding and continuous learning programs
• Customize training programs to meet department-specific or role-specific requirements
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
• Update training content to reflect changes in processes, tools, or business strategy
• Coach and mentor employees to reinforce learning and skill application
• Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on talent development initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred in some organizations)
• Proven experience as a corporate trainer, learning facilitator, or instructional designer
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt training style

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
