About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer who can design structured and engaging courses. The role involves understanding learners’ psychology, organizing content effectively, and creating meaningful learning experiences.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, structuring information, and designing learning journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and structure online/offline courses and learning modules
• Break complex topics into simple, easy-to-understand content
• Develop course outlines, scripts, and learning flows
• Apply learner psychology to improve engagement
• Create assessments, activities, and learning materials
• Coordinate with design team for visual presentation

Requirements:

• 0–2 year experience in instructional design/content writing (Freshers welcome)
• Strong English writing and communication skills
• Ability to structure and organize content clearly
• Understanding of learner behavior and engagement
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of presentation tools (PowerPoint/Canva/Figma)
