Trainer OCC (f/m/d)

The Trainer Operations Control Center (OCC) is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating specialized training programs for all OCC personnel, including traffic controllers, dispatchers, rolling stock controllers, crew controllers, and incident coordinators. This role ensures that all OCC staff are fully equipped with the technical knowledge, operational skills, decision-making capabilities, and safety awareness required to manage and control a high-speed railway network.

• Bachelor's degree/MBA in a relevant field (e.g., Operations Management, Transportation, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in OCC operations or a related field, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of control center functions.
• Adult education
• Proven knowledge of compliance regulations and industry standards applicable to OCC operations.
• Certification in OCC operations or related areas is preferred.
• Affinity with railway operations and familiarity with relevant safety protocols and procedures.

• Strong instructional design and training delivery skills, with the ability to develop engaging and effective training materials.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities, ensuring training programs are delivered on schedule and within established timelines.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Deep understanding of OCC operations and the ability to analyse and recommend process improvements for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
