This role sits at the heart of our Training Academy, supporting the rapid growth of our sales, service, and operational teams.


What You Will Do

Own the LMS:

  • Manage TalentLMS end-to-end - user roles, enrolments, paths, reporting, and automation.
  • Optimise the platform for usability, scalability, and clean reporting.

Design & Build Courses:

  • Create engaging e-learning using Articulate Rise , SCORM/xAPI, and authoring tools.
  • Convert complex business topics into simple, visual, digestible modules.
  • Produce 3–4 polished courses weekly and maintain high quality across all deliverables.

Improve Learning Journeys:

  • Develop structured learning paths aligned with sales, rentals, community, and onboarding KPIs.
  • Partner with SMEs, team leads, and marketing to refine and update content.
  • Review, test, troubleshoot, and ensure modules meet platform, design, and engagement standards.

Data & Insights:

  • Track learner progress, identify drop-off points, and recommend improvements.
  • Present clear reports and actionable insights to the Training Academy team.


Who We’re Looking For

You’re a hands-on LMS Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both technical and creative work.


Must-Have Experience:

  • 3+ years in LMS management and instructional design
  • Strong command of TalentLMS , Articulate Rise, SCORM standards, and learning workflows
  • Previous delivery of 20+ e-learning modules per month OR high-volume content output
  • Comfortable prioritising multiple deadlines
  • Based in the UAE

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in a training academy, EdTech, agency, or high-growth environment
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Powtoon, simple animation tools)
  • Ability to lead 2–5 content or LMS support staff (preferred)

Soft Skills:

  • Fast learner, organised, and proactive
  • Strong communicator, collaborative with SMEs and stakeholders
  • Detail-focused, quality-driven, and reliable
