Job Summary

The Hunar Foundation is seeking a qualified and industry-oriented Instructor – Digital Marketing for its THF-AMTI Campus on a contract, part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering effective digital marketing training, ensuring hands-on learning, and preparing students with market-relevant skills for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and practical training sessions in Digital Marketing as per approved curriculum.
• Develop, review, and update course material, lesson plans, assignments, and projects.
• Provide hands-on training using relevant digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Assess, evaluate, and monitor student performance through assignments, projects, and evaluations.
• Mentor students and guide them in academic progress and career development.
• Conduct lesson planning and periodic course reviews.
• Stay updated with emerging industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Update content and course material in line with industry requirements.
• Facilitate networking opportunities and promote industry exposure for students.
• Ensure quality delivery, discipline, and compliance with institutional standards.
• Prepare reports and academic documentation with complete accuracy.

Requirements

• Education: BS Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching, training, or industry experience in Digital Marketing.
• Age Limit: Above 25 years.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage classroom training and practical sessions effectively.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development.
