Instructor Graphic Designing

is looking for a skilled and passionate Graphic Design Instructor to train students in professional design techniques using Adobe & related tools.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital design, creativity in branding and logo development, and the ability to teach design concepts in a clear and engaging way.
Instructors should also demonstrate strong communication, planning, and mentorship skills to ensure a professional and inspiring learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive training sessions on these tools from basic to advanced level:

(Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In Design, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Figma)

• Teach students complete knowledge on how to navigate the tools’ interfaces, understand design fundamentals, and develop creative projects.

3. Guide students through practical exercises covering:
3.1 Tools introduction and workspace setup (interface, artboards, navigation)

3.2 Working with Shapes, Layers, and Properties Panel

3.3 Mastering the Pen Tool and related tools (Curvature, Smooth, Eraser)

3.4 Understanding Colours, Swatches, Gradients, Patterns, and Transparency

3.5 Applying Effects, Appearance, Graphic Styles, and Symbols

3.6 Typography and Text Tools (Type Tool, Area Type, Type on a Path)

3.7 Logo Design, Stationery Design, and Branding Concepts

• Must deliver knowledge of design elements, principles, color theory, and basics of design.
• Assist students in creating professional design projects and portfolios, including branding kits and digital illustrations.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive, one-on-one feedback to help them improve.
• Develop lesson plans and training materials aligned with PNY Trainings’ curriculum.
• Coordinate with the academic and media teams for course updates and content development.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tool updates, and industry practices.
• Ensure a creative, collaborative, and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements:

• Strong command of the following tools from basic to advanced level:

(Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Figma)

• Strong understanding of

ü design principles,

ü color theory,

ü branding, and

ü typography.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in graphic design or as an instructor (preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• A creative mindset with attention to detail and design aesthetics.
• A portfolio of original design work (logos, branding, digital artwork) will be an advantage.
