Instrument and Control Engineer (Oman)

What we need?

I&C Engineer will supervise and manage the instrumentation and control maintenance activities in the plant, including all preventive and corrective maintenance, systems engineering design, planned outage and overhauling work activities for all instrumentation and control systems in accordance with overall maintenance plans, HSE guidelines and quality standards to ensure plant availability and system reliability.

Who will fit:

• 3-5 years' experience in instrumentation & control in Operations & Maintenance in a power plant
• Engineering Degree holder

What are the required attributes:

• Experience with process control and instrumentation
• Experience in the operation and maintenance of large-scale facilities
• Knowledge of maintenance management methods, of predictive inspection tools and of CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System, good knowledge of SAP Template desirable)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
