Instrument Technician

Diploma in Instrumentation /Electronic Engineering or equivalent with 2 – 5 years experience
Perform installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of all automation (PLC/SCADA) of process equipment's in the plant.

• Perform all instrumental automation work of preventive & corrective maintenance in Plant

• Troubleshooting & fault diagnostics in automation applications

• Troubleshooting of PLC/SCADA system and faults diagnosis

• Troubleshooting of VFD, Soft starter, system & faults diagnosis

• Assist electrical & mechanical works also during the any maintenance

• Perform Installation & Configuration of online Flow meter & controller Instruments, such as Electromagnetic flow Meters, Ultrasonic Flow meter , Level Transmitter, Air Flow meter,

• Carry out maintenance and calibration of Process Control online Analyzer like as pH Meter, Conductivity Meters , TDS Meters , DO Meter, COD Meter etc.

• Carry out maintenance & troubleshooting of all types motorized control valve, Pneumatic valves, Electric valves etc.

• Knowledge to refer OEM manual for calibration and troubleshooting of instruments

• Analyse the test cases and suggest the best possible solution

• Co-ordinates with FS & EPC projects for maintenance and installation of any Project works

• Co-ordinates with Superior for spare parts / equipment’s management & inquiries

• Maintain Instruments maintenance history & calibration records

• Daily reporting to supervisor for job completion details

• To comply with all applicable legal and HSE requirements/procedures

• New ideas for the improvement of plant operation and better improvisation
