Position:

We are looking for a Instrumentation Designer with the following requirements:

• Detailed Design: Develops piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), loop diagrams, layouts, and technical specifications for various instruments.
• Instrument Selection: Selects sensors, transmitters, control valves, PLCs/DCSs based on process requirements and regulations.
• Safety and Regulations: Ensures compliance with industry regulations (e.g. SIL, ATEX) and plant safety requirements.
• Collaboration: Works with process, electrical and mechanical engineers to integrate systems.
• Support: Oversees the commissioning, start-up and maintenance of instruments..

Requirements:

Key Competences:

Knowledge of industrial instrumentation (pressure, temperature, level, flow).

Design software (AutoCAD, SmartPlant Instrumentation).

Oil & Gas and safety regulations.

• Knowledge of PLCs and distributed control systems (DCS).
