Senior Sales Engineer - Lighting Control

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

 Bachelor& degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred; Electrical,

Mechanical, or related disciplines accepted)

 Minimum 3+ years of relevant sales and technical experience in:

o Lighting control systems and solutions

o Building automation or MEP products

o Construction specialties or industrial equipment sales

Essential Requirements

 Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

 Proven track record in B2B technical sales

 Strong understanding of lighting control systems, dimming solutions, and

energy management

 Experience working with contractors, consultants, MEP companies, and

project stakeholders

 Excellent technical presentation and communication skills

 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Technical Knowledge (Preferred)

 Familiarity with DALI, DIGIDIM, and other lighting control protocols

 Understanding of building automation systems (BMS) and integration

 Knowledge of energy-saving technologies and sustainability practices

 Experience with hospitality, commercial, or industrial lighting projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
