We’re looking for a technically minded, relationship-driven Sales Engineer currently based in Scandinavia who’s excited to take on a career-defining role in the UAE.


You’ll join a global European engineering company that’s a leader in industrial filtration technology, helping major power plants, industrial sites, and energy companies protect critical equipment and optimize performance.


The role begins with 3 months of training at the European headquarters in Denmark, followed by relocation to Dubai / Abu Dhabi, where you’ll cover customers across the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait.


What you’ll do:

  • Develop new business and strengthen customer relationships in the Power & Industrial sectors.
  • Identify opportunities and build strong business cases showcasing technical and commercial value.
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals in coordination with service and support teams.
  • Travel across the region to meet clients and grow market presence.


What we’re looking for:

  • A technical or engineering background (mechanical, industrial, or similar).
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Proactive, independent, and results-oriented with a passion for customer engagement.
  • Based in Scandinavia and open to relocating to the UAE.
