Job Purpose
We are seeking a motivated Instrumentation Engineer with strong experience in estimation, sourcing, and documentation to join our team. The role requires technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with OEMs, principals, and end clients while supporting business growth through proactive sales and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare estimation, costing, and techno-commercial proposals for instrumentation and industrial projects.
- Source materials from OEMs, principals, and trade partners, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Handle documentation related to quotations, tenders, and proposals.
- Meet clients along with principals and represent the company in technical/commercial discussions.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments (procurement, logistics, engineering, and finance).
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with trade partners, principals, and end clients.
- Prepare and present offers, technical presentations, and solutions to clients.
- Possess deep knowledge of company product offerings and value propositions.
- Follow organizational policies, sales processes, and compliance guidelines.
- Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities, meeting order intake targets.
- Provide innovative and tailored solutions to client requirements.
- Develop and execute sales strategies in coordination with Sales Leadership.
- Implement local marketing initiatives developed by the Marketing team.
- Acquire new customers and expand business opportunities in target industries.
- Manage and grow long-term client relationships.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a similar industry (Instrumentation, Valves, Tubing, Fittings, Gauges, or related).
- Proven experience in Estimation + Sourcing + Documentation.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills (both written & spoken).
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and a target-driven mindset.
- Flexibility to work on a commission-based model.
