Job Title: Instrument Technician(ITI IMCP or IM)

Location: Bharuch

Job Overview:
The Instrument Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of instrumentation and control systems within our chemical manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, attention to detail, and experience with a variety of instrumentation used in a chemical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, calibrate, and repair instrumentation and control systems, including pressure, temperature, flow, level, and analytical instruments.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in instrumentation and control systems, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams).
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on instrumentation and control equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and other maintenance personnel to ensure smooth operation of the manufacturing process.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and calibration activities.
• Participate in plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and other maintenance activities as required.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in instrumentation and control.

Qualifications and Experience:

• ITI in Instrumentation or IMCP certification, or a related technical qualification.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in a chemical manufacturing environment.
