Insurance Account Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Insurance Account Manager to join our team. This role is essential in managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth within the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a background in retail or insurance sales, with the ability to negotiate effectively and provide exceptional customer service.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage existing accounts by conducting regular reviews and ensuring all policies are up-to-date.
• Assist clients with claims processing and provide guidance throughout the claims experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support outside sales efforts.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes, including HIPAA compliance.
• Provide administrative support for sales activities, including preparing reports and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
• Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish, as needed, to enhance customer experience.

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales or insurance sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
• Proficient in sales administration tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the account management process.
• Ability to negotiate terms effectively while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus.
• Experience in outside sales is advantageous but not required.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a valuable asset for engaging diverse clientele.
