As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in helping customers choose the right insurance solutions for their needs. This is a sales-driven role, where you will leverage leads provided by the company, engage with customers, and close deals—while building long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Engagement & Conversion

  • Actively engage with qualified leads provided by the company.
  • Follow up promptly with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Convert leads into sales by offering tailored insurance solutions.

Customer Consultation

  • Assess customers’ insurance needs for Motor lines.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and professional advice on suitable products.
  • Simplify insurance terms and conditions for easy customer understanding.
  • Offer comparative quotes and highlight key features, benefits, and exclusions.

Sales & Target Achievement

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maximize revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop your referral business to aid personal and company growth.
  • Maintain a strong conversion ratio on assigned leads.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships.
  • Proactively engage with customers for renewals and referrals.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure all sales activities are accurately updated in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams for smooth policy issuance.
  • Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally.
  • Stay compliant with CBUAE and company guidelines.

Market Awareness & Learning

  • Stay updated on insurance products, market developments, and competitor offerings.
  • Actively participate in training programs to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Share customer insights and market feedback with the team to improve offerings.
