Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Agent based in Cairo, Egypt. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying insurance and financial needs, and providing solutions through MetLife’s products and services. Key tasks include promoting insurance coverage, managing client portfolios, offering exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires strong client engagement, handling of customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage.
• Strong foundation in Finance and financial products.
• Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service with a customer-focused mindset.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently while meeting sales goals and deadlines.
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
